Terms & Conditions:
Training course places can only be reserved once payment has been made.

Refund Policy:
Should you request a refund for a course that has been paid for then the following rules apply:

(1)If you give 14 days notice or more prior to the course commencing then a charge of £40 will be made for administration
(2)10-14 days will incur a charge of £75
(3)0-9 days notice will incur full course fee charge.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel / rearrange a place on a course that has been paid for, then the following rules apply:

(3)0-9 days notice will incur full course fee charge.

Please note that non-attendance at a paid for photography course is counted as a cancellation and no refund will be offered.

Courses may be cancelled or postponed by Unshaken Photography Training at any time up to the start date of the course – such cancellations can result in delegates being offered alternative course dates – no additional costs to be claimed by delegates from Unshaken Photography as a result.

We reserve the right to change the course content & dates at any point even during delivery.

Delivery Policy:
All gift vouchers are sent by post – please allow up to 14 days delivery. Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of receipt.
