How do I use my new digital camera?

Hopefully you have had a great christmas, enjoyed being with your family and friends and opened up some great presents. For many people receiving a digital camera is a wonderful experience – the start of a new journey intact however it can also be the start of a few frustrations.

Most people start off by using their new cameras in fully automatic which is the perfect place to start when finding your feet and getting some pictures straight way. Very quickly however you will start to realise that there are quite a few issues with using your camera on fully automatic and that if you want to start getting some ‘better’ images then you may have to be brave and move away from the comfort that auto gives.
